Six steps. No shortcuts.
Material sourcing
100% premium synthetic fiber + selected human hair lots. Each batch tested for tensile strength and color fastness before entering production.
Cap construction
Hand-tied lace fronts, machine wefts on closures. Adjustable straps, breathable open-weft caps. Each cap quality-inspected before hair is added.
Coloring
In-house dye lab — single tones, ombre, balayage, hand-painted highlights. Every color batch lot-tested against the master shade.
Styling
Body waves, deep curls, water waves, straight, kinky — all done on heat-resistant fiber that holds the pattern after wash.
QC inspection
Density check. Hairline check. Pattern check. Color check. Fitting check on a head form. Defects flagged and remade.
Pack & ship
Each wig in a hairnet, then a labeled poly bag, then a branded box (or your private label). Shipped from CN or US warehouse based on your order.
