By creating an account, placing an order, or using our wholesale portal, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated 30+ days in advance.
Our service is for businesses purchasing wholesale. You represent that you have authority to bind your business and are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to verify business credentials and to refuse or terminate service at our discretion.
You're responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. Accounts are non-transferable and may be terminated for breach.
Listed prices are wholesale and exclude taxes/duties unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment until inventory is verified. Out-of-stock items will be communicated within 48h.
Most products have an MOQ of 6 pieces. Some may have higher MOQs noted on the product page. MOQ may be waived for sample orders at our discretion.
Payment is required before shipment for new accounts. Established accounts may qualify for net-30 terms after a credit review. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly service charge or maximum allowed by law.
Shipping costs and lead times are estimates. We're not liable for carrier delays, customs holds, or destination-country import restrictions. Title and risk pass to you upon carrier pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Defective or incorrectly-shipped items: notify us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement. Buyer's remorse and color/style preferences are not grounds for return. See our Returns page for full policy.
All site content (designs, photos, copy) is owned by Celebrity Wig or licensors. You may use product images for your own resale listings. You may not duplicate the site, reverse-engineer it, or use trademarks without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or data loss.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Celebrity Wig from claims arising out of your use of the service, your resale of our products, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Celebrity Wig is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration unless prohibited by your local law.
