Do I see prices on the catalog?+

No. Celebrity Wig is a wholesale-only platform โ€” pricing depends on volume, region, and customization. Build an intent order and your salesperson will respond with a formal quote within one business day.

What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+

Standard wigs: 5 pieces per SKU. Custom OEM/ODM: 50 pieces per design. Mixed-SKU orders are welcome and the per-SKU MOQ may be relaxed for bundle orders โ€” just ask your salesperson.

Can I place a sample order?+

Yes. Samples ship at retail price + freight. The sample cost is fully credited against your first bulk order. Mention 'sample' in the order notes when submitting.

Can I edit an order after submitting?+

You can request edits anytime before quote acceptance. After payment is confirmed, changes may not be possible if production has started โ€” contact your salesperson immediately.

Where does the hair come from?+

100% premium human hair sourced from Southeast Asia (predominantly Vietnam, Cambodia, India). Each lot is QC'd at our Guangzhou factory before being released to inventory.

What lace and net options do you offer?+

HD lace, transparent lace, Swiss lace, and standard French lace. Net bases include full lace, lace front, 360, and U-part. Cap sizes XS through XL with custom sizing on request.

Can I see closer shots or video?+

Yes. Each product page shows front/back/left/right + net base photos. For video walk-throughs, ask your salesperson โ€” we maintain a private library for active accounts.

Custom & OEM/ODM

Can you produce my brand?+

Yes. We offer full OEM (your spec, our manufacturing) and ODM (we co-design). Branded packaging, hang-tags, and lace stamps are all supported.

How long does custom production take?+

Standard custom orders: 14โ€“21 business days from spec sign-off. Complex OEM with new molds or unique cap structures: 30โ€“45 days. Lead times are confirmed in your quote.

Do you sign NDAs?+

Yes. Mutual NDAs are standard before sharing private spec sheets, brand assets, or unreleased designs. Request one at any point.

Shipping & Lead Time

How orders move from our factory to your door.

What's the standard lead time?+

In-stock SKUs: 3โ€“5 business days from payment to dispatch. Custom orders: 14โ€“45 days depending on spec (see Custom section). Lead time is locked in your quote.

Which carriers do you use?+

DHL, FedEx, UPS for air freight (3โ€“7 days). For larger volumes we use sea freight via major forwarders (25โ€“40 days). All orders include tracking numbers.

Who handles import duties and taxes?+

Buyer is responsible for destination duties and VAT/GST. We provide all required commercial invoices and HS codes. DDP (delivered duty paid) is available on request โ€” your salesperson can quote both DAP and DDP.

Payment & Returns

How money moves and what to do if something's off.

Which payment methods do you accept?+

T/T (bank wire), PayPal, Western Union, and letters of credit (L/C) for orders > USD 30,000. Credit terms (Net 30/60) are available for verified accounts after 3 successful orders.

Do you require a deposit for custom orders?+

Yes. Standard terms are 30% deposit at order confirmation, 70% balance before dispatch. Adjustments are possible based on volume and credit history.

What's your return policy?+

Quality issues: full refund or replacement at our cost, reported within 7 days of delivery with photos. Non-quality returns: case by case for non-custom items, restocking fee may apply. Custom orders are not returnable unless defective.
