Each wig ships in a branded box with desiccant and a hang-tag. Custom packaging is available for OEM accounts.
All orders include commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin (FORM E / CO available on request).
DAP (Delivered At Place) is the default — destination duties and VAT/GST are buyer's responsibility. DDP available on request.
Tracking numbers are sent the same day the package leaves our warehouse. Live shipment status visible in your salesperson's quote thread.
Optional shipping insurance at 1% of order value covers loss and damage in transit. Strongly recommended for orders > USD 5,000.
All products use HS code 6704.20 (synthetic-fibre wigs) or 6704.11 (human-hair wigs). We provide MSDS sheets if your destination requires them.
